About me

I am an accredited and experienced translator and interpreter for organizations such as Andalex Language Services, LLE-LINK, CanTalk Inc., Zappmedia Communications GmbH, World Headquarters Translators Inc., MCC (The Multicultural Council of Windsor and Essex County), Multi-Languages, Able Translations, All Languages Ltd. And New World Language Services, Language Line Services with expertise in the Albanian, Spanish and French languages, as well as experience using the STAR Transit Program.  As a Teaching Assistant at the University of Windsor for the languages of Spanish & German, I have developed valuable translation and communicative skills. 
 
I have received Translator & Interpreter Core Training and Court Interpreter Accreditation from M.C.C. and the Ministry of the Attorney General of Ontario. 
My experience extends to court interpretations, agencies, insurance and law firms, lawyers' offices, as well as competence and commitment when it comes to translation assignments such as children's stories (books), documents, articles, identity papers, etc.

I strongly believe that while many refer to themselves as "professionals", only a few have genuine linguistic talents and a competent background in the translation business. 
 
My goals as a Translator are Accuracy, Confidentiality, Competence and Reliability. My translation rates are negotiable for all language pairs (Albanian < English, English < Albanian).

• Translation and editing rates are negotiable and subject to change.  As a general rule, the translation rate varies between 0.05 and $0.10 per target word.  The editing rate is $0.08 per target word.
• Daily output is 8,000 - 10,000 words.
• Areas of specialization are Art, Arts & Crafts, Painting, Business/Commerce (general), Education / Pedagogy, Energy / Power Generation, Government / Politics, Law (general), Immigration, Literature, Customer Service, Education, Medical (general), Computers (general), Journalism, Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs, etc.

Qualifications

- Received 6-weeks of training for Official Interpreters in Canada by THE MULTICULTURAL COUNCIL OF WINDSOR, 2000.
- Received Certificate of Completion for a 60-hour "Interpreter Core Training Program from the Ontario Ministry of Citizenship".

- Obtained Professional Diploma in French by "L'Alliance Française", Paris, France

- Fluent in 6 languages (Albanian, English, Spanish, German, French and Italian)
